FREE INTRODUCTORY
LESSON

“The Most Comprehensive Exposure
To Martial Arts and Realistic Self Defense
You’ll Ever Experience”

Dear Friend,

If you’re interested in enrolling in a martial arts program that’s not about gimmicks and fluff then this intro lesson is something you can’t afford to miss.

For sure, martial arts like karate and tae kwon do are fun and flashy.

But…

You must ask yourself –

“Are they really functional?”

“Will it help me defend myself or one of my loved ones if God forbid, I ever have to?”

If you’re also looking for a workout that’s mentally stimulating and physically demanding then this intro lesson is it!

During your intro lesson you will …………

Hear the Real Story
Of How and Why Bruce Lee
Developed This Devastating Fighting System

By taking part in this introductory lesson at the Jeet Kune Do Academy you’ll gain insight into Bruce Lee’s marital arts background.

As we go through the history of JKD you’re also going to learn where he got his ideas and understand why he studied these various systems and how he implemented them to develop his art.

You’ll find out why …………

Jeet Kune Do Is A
Unique Martial Art And
An Effective, Street-Smart Self Defense System

As you continue through the introductory lesson you are going to experience the core principles of what makes JKD different then anything you’ve ever experienced.

1) Simplicity - You don’t have be a star athlete to perform JKD. You’ll see why JKD only takes months to become proficient in, as opposed to years.

Simply stated, simplicity means – easy to learn, easy to master, un-complicated, one or two moves will do, NOT three or four

2) Economy of Motion - Using short effective movements to accomplish a task. - For example; punching from where the hand is without drawing it back, allowing you to hit your target much quicker.

3) Using the longest weapon to the nearest target - Using the shortest distance between two points. Whichever limb (hand or foot) is closer to the nearest target area, you are to use that first because it will get to it target quicker and keep you in balance – a must for a successful outcome.

4) Adaptability “Fitting In” - Adapting to all types of opponents and situations as well as adapting the system for YOU.

Even if you have certain physical restrictions, JKD allows you to enhance your strengths as well as develop your weaknesses.

5) Always think of “Hitting” - a great offense is the best defense. Jeet Kune is predicated on attack on the attack in essence JKD as an art is meant to enhance your awareness so that you can strike your opponent before they can strike you.

You’ll also learn………
